Field Placement: Planning and Selecting

The Director of Field Education for the Department of Social Work is responsible for assisting you with planning and establishing your field placement. The Department has training affiliations with a wide range of community organizations serving diverse populations of clients and representing various fields of practice. These include a number of non-profit organizations, schools, family services, health and mental health agencies, court systems, policy research organizations, and social action groups. We work together with you to establish field placements that fit your interests and professional development goals.
